    But a word of caution to other dummies like me just be careful because another thing i didnt realize is that unlike standard hdmi the display end has a latch that prevents pullout

    Tried a standard dp to hdmi an it partially worked but would not allow computer to duplicateextend screen

    Cant remember which but one of them either duplicate or extend was not available selection on windows menu
