Along with a compression shirt. It fits great and does not roll down even after 30 min of jogging it stays in place. Nice support and gives a snug fit. Would recommend, fits tight even on a large stomach like mine.

The elastic strap mesh belt is very comfortable and fits perfectly around my waist. I'm not sure if it's helping me burn belly fat any quicker than not wearing it.

I am very frustrated that i was misled; the amazon description openly claims the large size has an extra wide design at 9 wide and 46 long, it will fit up to a 52 waist. Very very disappointed.
