The shoulder strap came tangled with the chain so i had to clip off and untangle the strap

Also the flap where it was supposed to be full suede isnt full suede its a thin piece of suede attached to a thick faux leather fabric which is somewhat better because suede is easy to scratchdamage but its definitely partially false claims
