Pros & Cons
Pros
Brilliant book for beginners and somebody else. This book is a gem. A book to treasure.
Thorough, authoritative, and replete with countless supporting diagrams. Easy to use with good cross-referencing of the points. Michael gach recommends using the points which have helped your condition.
Each chapter starts with a description of the condition, and then identifies the acupressure points for relieving it. Not bogged down by too many medical facts or jargon.
For those unfamiliar with acupressure this book is an excellent introduction. Written with warmth, by someone who cares about people. Is somewhat oldfashioned in its way but contains good info.
