Pros
It sits nicely on the table and is easy for him to read the humidity level. The celcius/fahrenheit button selection button is on the back of the unit. Using this to monitor the humiditylevel in my truck camper.
Cons
Humidity numbers are consistently different by about 5-10%. There is no reset button for min and max, it just takes the high and low from last 36 hours. This digital one requires several battery pulls per week to reset from locked display.
Don't buy it. This thing is complete junk. Only reason why i'm not asking for a refund is because of the cost. Got a refund quickly and buy a better brand.

I suspected the thermopro might have been off because the humidity levels seemed very low inside and out

So either they are all not accurate to the same extent or they are accurate and the humidity levels are really low where i live

Inside the dry cabinet 30 humidity is typical just outside the dry cabinet 40 is typical and it will go up to 4550 on occasion according to all three of these little gizmos

Between the thermopro and the acurite i prefer the acurite simply because the readings are easier to see from a distance slightly bigger numbers
