Pros

These are great. Found a way to display my flags easy and convenient. Would recommend highly.

Cons

Small hole for the garland is just that - small. Plastic is stiff and hard to wrap around the banister. Too small to fit around an average railing.

When i tried a second year, it's like they dried out, became brittle, and just snapped into pieces when i tried to use them. Avoid these. They are not useable.
