Pros

This is about as painless and inexpensive as it's going to get. I want to record it so there is no question concerning it's legality.

Cons

Product says once you open packaging, its yours with no option to return. You buy thinking you c a n fill in and get notarized. Customer service says you can return the pages to them and they will decide whether or not to refund you your money.

Very disappointed. A real disappointment. It's very incomplete. Really disgusted.

This is absolutely worthless and not worth a cent. Without the package is useless.

It says that you can print out the template and use a typewriter to fill it in (handwritten will not work) this is just a ploy to get you to buy adobe writer or word. There are no files on the disc that works with a apple system.
