Pros

Double spiral is heavier duty. Includes carbon copies. The thicker piece that goes between the carbon copies is actually the front (or back) of the book itself. Do the job nicely.

Cons

The cardboard backing is too flimsy to fill out without having to look for a clipboard if one isn't available. Other pages seem to have been torn out already.

I have to use a thicker piece of cardboard in between, because the writing often goes to the 2nd set of pages
