I am thrilled that we persevered and could not be happier with the tab.
And 3 year old loves that he ride with the adults and his big brother.
I dont reccomend this product unless the driver is a good cyclist.

I chalked it up to a piece of plastic which was part of the shipping material.
Packaging/appearance
The trail-a-bike arrived in the original box, which was slightly damaged not crushed but there were holes in the box.
If the socket moves position on the seatpost after a ride it may be a little loose.
Competitiveness
So, it looked like a good fit from my four year old and a good value compared to other brands.

For my 16 mm bike post the smallest shim was too small and the next size was too big
