Everything about this unit is fantastic. Has good selection of sounds as advertised. It's unobtrusive & does exactly what i need it to do. With a few reservations, recommended.
Lextrofan has a headphone jack/aux port so you don't need a speaker to use it. The noise cancelling works well, but your roommate will have to text you to get your attention. It has a good range of noises and the headphone/auxport works well.
This one is higher quality and more customizable than the other machines. On the other button's 10, my fav is the second ocean, the milder one.
Light sleeper, so little sounds disturb me. Mentioned to my pulmonologist during ov year ago. Takes up very little room on nightstand. It helps drown out my wife's snoring.
Cons

Device stopped working after 2 months, but under warranty.

This price and performance, i am a fan and recommend this.
Highly recommend this device it's absolutely worth the money.
A bit pricey for being almost 35 dollars new but the white noise sound helps me sleep.
I may purchase another one when it goes down in price but not at 35 dollars.
Shipping
I received the cord very quickly & am so happy that i can use my sound machine again.
Packaging/appearance
It fits well in a carry-on that was packed with 2 weeks of clothes.

I found it as a nyt wirecutter top pick, as well as the recommended option on numerous reviews.
No other sleep machine or white noise maker has come close to the peace that this thing has offered me.
This machine costs more than the $20 ones but what you get is a louder device and feeels higher quality than others.
