After registering with the ssd sn the adata site gives you a 16 alphanumeric key but the software wants a 64 alphanumeric key

I clicked on a link on the site that took me direct to a chinese site for registering the acronis software and repeated the registration process again but it didnt give me a 64 alphanumeric key
