Product materials seem durable, tyvek white on top (yellowish on underside of top for some reason) and gray breathable side material.

Cons

Adco has an obvious quality control problem. Even those that cost 3x the price of this one have a 5-year warranty, which automatically makes it better idea based on how quickly this one died. This item is not weather proof at all.

We wanted to cover these plus the hitch/propane/winch area so went with the 14-16' version, which worked well.
