The only fault is the assembly in that the handle bar fits too snug on the metal bar and therefore is impossible to slip on. It took me 2 or 3 minutes of effort at wiggling that grip onto the bar. It comes with instructions to put the chrome or stainl... Read More

The grips feature the adidas 3 stripe as well. I do like the adidas branding on the ends with red caps and white logos. It's also good for the office.

This works great strengthening the core and ab muscles. I feel my upper abs tightening whenever i use it. Great product for hotel rooms where you don't want to touch your hands on a filthy carpet while doing push-ups.

Cons

The foam piece is super flimsy, and it does not easily slide onto the post. I tried several times with no luck, so unfortunately, this is useless for me.
