The fit and quality what i have come to expect from adidas shoes
Tread is great on the sandy, rolling trails i prefer to walk; shoe is all day wear comfortable.
If you do this a few times, you might create a permanent crease in the tongue that would probably annoy or irritate runners.
Light and airy feel and great support for the foot and digits, minus his poor little ugly pinky toe.

They fit great, look great, at a good price.
Very comfortable light weight shoe at an affordable price.
(i got them on sale for 50, total around $60 including tax and shipping.
Final verdict: i wouldn’t buy them at full price, but they are a good value for trailrunners under $75.

I had the older model of the terrex for running on the beach, and the newer model feels even better.
The price was a factor as well since this model was half the price of most other esoteric brands.

I use them for disc golf on a course that is consistently wet and muddy

When you put them on especially the first few times the tongue tends to curl over on itself when adjusted creating a fold that pinches the top of your foot or at the very least creates an annoying pressure point and then it doesn’t pad the sides where the eyelets are

The mesh top has another water resistant fabric layer under that but it’s still a mesh top

Otherwise the rubberized portions on the sides and around the soleupper boundary seal felt 100 waterproof for 5 rounds of disc golf stepped in shallow puddles and sank into a wet sand berm
