Stiff as a board and barely bending, i suspect the heel would have slipped if i had them the right size. Average breathability, not for very hot and humid climates. I'm guessing it's cause of the rock plate in the soles.

The shoes fit just perfect however i selected the green color and i got the black one i am from costa rica and it is impossible to return them back but all good
