Shoe lace are very good and very grippy,also holds the feet very good.
It provides good support to your foot/body during the training and i feel comfortable during training!
Comfort -4/5smooth insole of ortholite edition,good mid sole and incredibly tough outsole.
Initially i felt the shoe was little heavy, as my old one was lighter than this, check for weight!
