They are not insulated and are a good allaround waterresistant shoe

Havent had occasion to really put them into any depth of water more than an inch or so so cannot confirm they are actually waterproof

It did take about 5 solid days of wearing them for 2 miles to get them broken in at all so they should be relatively long wearing

Those shoes stayed dry the entire 10 mile hike i didn’t slide once and had great grip when scrambling those rocks

I live in nashville and its already hot and humid to begin with and the shoes dont help

Once i even submerged my foot my ankle was soaked but my foot was dry
