Hi so i had to buy these shoes sight unseen and also without trying them on

Then the boot of the shoe is where the goretex liner

But one thing totally surprised me the toungue on these shoes is not goretex and in fact is not waterproof rather it is like a neoprene that has holes in it

I did accidentally step in a puddle and so water did come in from the top through the tongue but i’ll call that user error on my part
