I was expecting to do some assembling but this bench comes totally disassembled like a giant puzzle and the worse no printed instructions are included and none is posted in the manufacturer’s website which is cap barbell because adidas is just licensing its brand

Husband though is a different story since he can only use this with dumbbells not for bench presses as he had hoped since the weight limit is only 300 lbs

I dont even go by the pictures in the diagram when i put something together i go by the big picture on the box

For about four three years i have had a smaller cheaper less sturdy uncomfortable bench i bought at academy

Nowhere in the manual does it indicate which one of the substeps should be performed first
