Overall i am very happy with the purchase and look forward to many workouts using it.
Included are two metal spring clamps that work with the 2 hole setup.
I had some trouble with the long hinge bolt under the seat, it goes through 5 things and took some patience to line up.
Competitiveness
I highly recommend this bench to anyone not looking to lift more than 300lbs and not needing a ton of extra features.
One of the best benches in the market.
Allen wrenches are included but a 17mm socket wrench will make life easier.
I don't plan on lifting more than 300lbs ever, so this should be the only bench i ever need.

I knocked it down to 4 stars because one screw and one washer was missing for one of the weight plate holders on the sides

The description here on amazon says that it has a leg extension with a weight holder but as you can see in the pictures it is a stabilized feet pad that has 3 different positions but does not perform leg extension or any other exercise for that matter

Ideally you want all benches or anything else for that matter out of the way when you are doing squats this adidas bench enables you to do that
