Pros

It really grips the floor whilst providing good support for knees and elbows. Good cushioning level even on hard floor. Supports my back and elbows from a hard flooring. Does not move during workout, very soft but sturdy on the feet.

The surface is smooth and soft but still gives good grip. The only drawback is that the soft surface isn't as durable as some other materials.

Cons

This mat looks smart put it's way too lightweight and it doesn't grip the floor. This one doesn't stay still, creates un-even footing when on one leg.

Bought this for my wife, who does lots of hiit workouts and yoga on our hard wooden floor.

Just make sure you wear a t-shirt otherwise laying on your back it will make some squelching noises that sound like something else.
