I have plantar fasciitis and these have been a god-send. Enjoy the messaging of the sole. The bumps below the feet kind of give you a massage while you walk.

Cons

Those nubs don't massage your feet, they impale them! There is no cushion and they are hard as a rock.

The new ones are way more flimsy, fit hideously huge and are the easiest sandals to slide out of that ive ever had. Stop making these sandals and make shirts and pants instead.

I will warn any new buyers, at first they might not feel the greatest, they will kind of hurt barefoot the first week or two you wear them.

And for about $60 a year, my feet feel amazing.

You cannot beat the price or the comfort.
