Very soft and premium finish for such a low price.

Competitiveness

I think conventional wisdom is lift for squats flat for deads and i’ve heard people argue that offset raised heel take heat off the hips flats spare the knees but after a small fortune spent searching my perfect all around gym shoe i’ve found flat is best for me all around and offsets shoes like adipowers just don’t work for my battered joints
