Pros

The 4x indeed fits much better. I read several reviews that mentioned this bra ran small, so i sized up. Will be ordering more.

Cons

The * pads make the shape lumpy. Disappointed for a company with this name would * on quality. The band is very tight so you also have to spend time heating and stretching the elastic so you can avoid such unhealthy constriction.
