It doesn’t slide down or swirl around when strapped correctly.

Velcro strap is fairly long and very strong velcro.

Affordable, great value for the money and the best part i cane take the weights out of i need to lower the amount.

Good value for the money, but my biggest issue was the blisters i got from long use.
