Pros

This solves that problem 100%! Works perfect. They are so great that we bought 2 more for my spouses desk.

This stand allows me to facetime at my desk without having to hold my phone up. Great for watching live streaming or meetings. It's handy having two stands, but the omoton is so much easier to use.

Cons

The stand is not as stable as you think. I know it’s advertised as adjustable, but once you move the phone to a sub-optimal angle, the entire stand will tip over. Unfortunately, her finger got stuck and began swelling.
