Pros
The weights are in 11 pound increments but i've found you can work in 5. I guess it could also be taped over with grip tape if the rubber eventually erodes.
Cons
Buyer beware that this is 1 dumbbell - not a set as pictured. When ordering, listing stated 2 dumbbells. Thankfully it looks like they changed the name to reflect that it's only a single dumbbell you're getting.

I have had a few adjustable weights, and this seems to be right up there quality wise with everyone.
Great quality, very sturdy, easy to use, and very fast to change the weights.

Considering ive been using my old dumbbell for over twenty years im hoping this new set will last at least that long if not longer
