Pros

Overall, it is a sturdy stand with beveled edges and curved corners. My printer is pretty heavy, but this holds sturdily. Appearance is sharp, with comfortably rounded edges and even a slot in the rear for cable management.

It looks like nice and is priced well which adds up to a great value. For the price, i doubt you can do much better unless appearance is very important to you -- it is just plain black plastic.

Cons

New stand is a one piece molded plastic that feels cheap compared to the old one. The dimensions on this are significantly smaller than stated and what i measured for. It is not wood, it is plastic.

Liked the easy assembly, grip below, sturdy design.

Easy to put up and very well made.

My printer is pretty heavy, but this holds sturdily.

The legs can become wobbly and the screws can pull out, but a drop of glue on the leg mounts solved the problem.

Overall, great option, reasonable price, liked it so much i bought two!

All-in-all, a very nice unit, and very reasonably priced for what you're getting.
