Pros
It is very comfortable and the velcro is very strong. Only downside is because they're fabric they don't dry so fast when wet. They are lightweight, and allow air to pass-through keeping moisture from collecting under the band.
The price is great. The colours are great. It's very easy to adjust to the perfect fit. This new one is excellent.
Cons
Is bulky, feels heavy looks cheap and uncomfortable. Product page advises that it works with the fitbit versa 2, but it does not. The band connectors are plastic.

I bought these bands to replace the original silicone band that came with my versa2 watch as it was causing my skin irritation.
Pros - very cheap to replacecons - wont last past 2 years due to glue breaking down on the velcro strap

For ten bucks you can't beat it.
I have an expensive watch that i couldn’t enjoy because of the skin rash i got from the watch band.
