Pros

Works perfectly. It keeps me sitting upright with better posture. It helps my posture while working at a desk all day.

This helps with leg pain from dangling legs. When you have pneumatic chairs and you've lifted them, sometimes your feet are up in the air. I have a chair that lifts really high and it would be great if the footrest could go higher.

The footrest is made of high-quality materials and is very durable. It is also very lightweight and easy to move around. A little on the flimsy side, but still a good buy in that the adjustment system is easy.
