Tuning Ease
Customers have mixed opinions on the tuning ease of the banjo, but generally positive. Some found it easy to tune with the provided geared 5th tuner, while others had initial struggles that were resolved through various methods such as clipping to head anchors or seeking help from a local instructor. The banjo arrived on time with minimum damage to the packaging.
Packaging/appearance
I am really critical of products and this one came in a great package with all the stuff you need to get started right away.
Arrived fully intact with all advertised components.

(luckily all contents were there and it seemed well packed.

The tuner does a decent job but found that guitartuna app was better.
I've played it next to a few higher end $3000 banjos and i dont think anyone could tell a difference.

Strings the strings are at least of “medium” gauge which make it very hard to “fret” push down without really hurting your fingers as well as making it more difficult frustrating to learn as an absolute beginner

Its also near impossible to “slide” as a beginner with uncalloused fingertips
