It is a very high quality instrument that works great, and sounds great!
However, i have played guitar for 15 years and i'm very satisfied with the seemingly solid construction and sound of this product.
As you tighten the strings, it’ll move the bridge and the other strings change tension and you need to go back again (and again).
It might need to be tinned but it’s awesome and works well.

C'mon, its a great instrument for what it is at the price it is.

I don't think i would pay full price for this but is well worth the price i paid.

I got mine 'like new - used' for $55 and it still was in the original packaging and everything was there.

The other items include as mentioned above extra strings as well as picks a shoulder strap and what seems to be a cheap yet functional tuner
