Pros
Adonit dash 4 is the best stylus i have ever used. The dash has a good feel in the hand and has a balanced weight like a draftsman pencil. It has a clip that you can use to attach it to your shirt or to a folder.
It works great for my original ipad pro and my iphone xr. I also use it on my android tablet and it responds well. The battery lasts for a very long time, and the charger is magnetic.
Cons
It has a hard time pulling down the window shade at the top of android. Perhaps it does with apple, but for android its very problematic. It says it's compatible with all touch screens. Will try to update review after using my replacement stylus.

This pen is perfect for writing notes or journaling - it’s simple to charge and syncs with my ipad immediately.
Perfect for ipad, does not scratch surface.
In part that this was a manufacturing site and glove would pick up grit and sometime be conductive and back to no palm rejection.
I keep writing with it and using it a lot, and not once has any ink ever leaked out.
Price
This is only my second stylus, but it was such a good deal.

Competitiveness
Overall it has a great feel in the hand and outperforms the native competitor product and it backwards compatible and multi-platform.
It is precise, it is clear, and it is far and away a much better on the ipad than any other (and far less expensive).
It is a bit on the pricey side, but it still costs less than the apple pencil and will work with more devices.
Having use capacitive stylus' next i needed to compare it to the ipencil.

After that it mostly sat in the holder and went unused for months

It still works fine and since it does not pair to the device there is zero energy use when off
