Pros

It doesn't itch it doesn't burn and my hair & scalp actually feel great. Rinsed with cool water.

This color is phenomenal. The platinum shade is a lot darker, a lot thicker consistency, and appears to be a blue navy blue base. An absolute great semi color.

The pigment is amazing. And evenly applied to achieve a harmonious color throughout. The texture is more like jelly so you really have to work it in good and make sure u get all spots covered.

Cons

I look like a dumpy liberal arts major who decided to go with burgundy instead of blue. The one place that had a color change appears to have a greenish hue to it. It fades less then a week after application.

This product is terrible. Amazon really needs to upgrade its recommendation algorithm. Will never use again. I'm really disappointed that it didnt work.
