My baby is a big 4 months but he fit perfect in the 6-12 size. He is 29 inches long and 19 pds and everything was amazing. Looks exactly as pictured. Exceeded expectation; was perfect for our 7month old.
It is a little big on her but it covers most of her exposed skin.
The zipper works well. The only thing i would change is to put some snaps in the legs for diaper changes. To say that putting on a wet swim suit on a squirmy baby is a challenge is an understatement.

Edit i ordered the 36 months and held it up to the 612 months they were basically the exact same size
