Pros
Large quantity of a strong dose of collagen tablets at a good price. The capsules are easy to * and have no aftertaste. Pills are much smaller than said brand too so easier to *.
Skin looks smoother and brighter. Hair is thicker, shinier and more manageable. Gives good texture and stre gth to my naols and hair.
Cons
I am now at risk of a detached retina until this heals which is about 6 weeks or longer. Don't expect next day prime delivery. It hurts my stomach. Do not recommend to anyone.

In each bottle you get a 4 month supply and are supposed to take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal.
