These products are perfect for my skins needs. It’s a game changer. Price is reasonable and they work.
I've had dyshidrotic eczema for 5 years or more, this is the best my hands have felt since then. My home is particularly dry which is why i spritz and dampen my gloves at bedtime.
Cons
The collagen instant plumping serum has an extremely potent fragrance that i couldn't even wash off. It also stings, but the smell is extremely overpowering. The syrup is oddly thick and smells terrible.
I think it is mostly mineral oil (which just acts like plastic wrap on the skin) and other fillers more than active ingredients. Phenoxyethanol is actually very harmful. The second ingredient in the jar is mineral oil.

The results are impressive: my skin feels hydrated and revitalized, without any greasy residue.
The serum for my face is not greasy and is absorbed right away.
I get the improved texture and brightness without the purging and peeling i get from retinol.
Price
I will be buying this lotion again, since there is really no one else who sells retinol lotion at this size for an affordable value.
This product is both affordable and effective for the treatment of dry skin.
I'm happy with both products, and they're a pretty good value at $29.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging on this set isn't as fancy as most of the products i use, but it works just as well.

The serum and the lotion are unscented from what i can tell and neither leave a sticky tacky feeling behind once dry which is a huge benefit in itself

My wife tried the serum and noted that it seemed effective but was sticky after applied but thats not a problem when applying before bedtime
