I used to do hip thrusts with the gyms thruster pad, however the quality was not there; they are always flimsy and not supportive enough.
If your pad is slipping off the bar it’s because they turn as you move which is inevitable and nothing to do with the product.

Great pad that offers a lot of protection and comfort however there is a small rip on the edge that is slowly getting bigger
