Pros

The heat and massage are so relaxing, not extremely strong but more comfortable and soothing. The sturdy build ensures uninterrupted massages, even when used beneath the back. It does a relatively deep massage.

I wish the instructions were better, but functionality is fine and it's a decent massager. Overall a good product with affordable price. I recommend this for sure, it has all the power you will need.

The heating of this device is perfect. It heats up quickly, but you can choose to use it without heat if desired. The heating is very beneficial too.

It just about puts me in a trance while it does its work. It feels so nice on my neck and shoulders and even my abdomen during certain times. I have muscle spasms and this felt amazing.

Cons

This is the 2nd one we've gotten in less than 6mo and the fabric had worn the same way. I also wish that amazon did not change their return policies when you have an item like this where they used to pay to ship it back. Even if it is a defective item... Read More

There is a strap on the backside of the pillow for it to be secured to a headrest, this wouldn't fit around a chair.
