This comes with two power chords, one for home use and one car adapter. One is for plugging into the wall outlet, the other is for plugged into the car. It has three different speed settings to choose from.
It wraps around my neck and shoulders, relieving tense muscles. Good for limbs, shoulders, relieve muscle soreness and can also relieve stress. My oh has a frozen shoulder and this massager has really helped him with the pain and stiffness.

Cons
At 6'2 it’s not very practical, the arm supports you put your hands through are right up the top of my chest so not very comfortable. Not easy to use because of power cord.

This hurt like hell the first time i used it i couldnt even put a bra on the following day because my shoulders hurt so much
