Pros

This lightweight pushup stand can be easily folded and stored away when not in use. Also folds up nicely to be put away.

For the money, this probably can’t be beat. Would buy an upgraded version for sure. Great service.

The board is sturdy and well-constructed, capable of supporting users of various weights. It’s a little light, yet sturdy. It's not very sturdy but at this price i wasn't expecting that. Board is amazing for achieving the right hand placement.

Cons

The handles are hard! I don't want them coming out super easily mid-workout. When i have to tug hold the board and tug to pull them out, that's too secure. There is a video on the listing showing several workouts, but they are for a different board.

This renders the bar, and the ab roller virtually useless. It's pretty flimsy overall, but you get what you pay for.
