Pros

Fun & easy to use. Works just as described. My 15 yr. Use it at home. Came and works as advertised.

This board is a game changer for me. The only thing i could wish for is some padding on the handles. The handles are hard plastic, and i'm thinking of wrapping them with foam or something.

Full range of motion. A little bit in the chest area. Good for shoulder and biceps.

Nice, simple, at home trainer. Easy to use and a great workout. Good at-home workout that focuses on form.

Cons

The handle grips have no cushion to them. It is not very stable when used on a carpeted surface even if you use a gym mat under it. No easy transition from positions.
