Pros

The board is lightweight plastic and is portable. Takes some time to loosen up because at first the handles are hard to switch from position to position. This board is a game changer for me.

The push-up board is fantastic! Nice and sturdy. This is a nice purchase if you’re looking to add some versatility to your push-ups.

Easy setup and durable and supports my 250+ lb frame. It is really sturdy and comes with a bag. Foldable so easier to store.

Cons

Very poorly made, flimsy, cheap plastic. Not very stable when used on a carpeted surface even if you use a gym mat under it. No easy transition from positions. Stiff handle grips have no cushion to them.
