Pros

Quality of the item is durable and easy to clean with a cloth. Do yourself a favor and just buy it. I hope it lasts.

The knobs are hard, not rubbery. I like it's ease of use, portability and overall appearance. It is easy to maneuver to the hard to reach places.

This is the best home massager i've ever purchased. The warm massagers do such a great job at working out your sore area/knots. I do wish the knots on the massagers were all big, there's one knot that really gets in there with deep pressure.

The deep tissue kneading is incredibly effective at relieving muscle tension. It feels like someone is massaging your neck and shoulders. This really helps work out any muscle soreness.

Cons

Too bulky for neck especially if there is pain. The massagers are overly aggressive. Heating function seems more like led lights not heating element as they come on immediately glowing but produce zero heat.

You can press hard or light and the whole thing is a nice sturdy fake leather material that feels like it will hold up.

Had an issue with my lower back and used this with the heat, it went away after a few uses.

Good thing it turns off after 15 minutes!

For the price you can’t beat it!

I definitely recommend this product - especially for the price.

Decently priced but if you push too hard you will be sore the next day.
