Comes with a wall-mounted charger and a car charger. Only thing that would make it better is if it could be plugged into just a regular battery pack or a rechargeable battery so it doesn't always have to be plugged in.

Quality of the unit is quite well made.
Built well and i 𝘓𝘰𝘷𝘦 being able to put my arms in the skins and being able to adjust the tension with my arms
It's made out of pleather on the outside (so can be wiped), and mesh on the inside.
The leather arms of the massager hang down and you can actually slip your hands through the loops if you want to hold it steady that way.
Price
With the cost of massages being so high, it sounded like a great option to have this at home.
Definitely worth trying out for the cost.
As of this date, january 2024, the normal price of this item is $70.
I paid like 3x this much for my last one of these, which lasted for years.

Well packaged, easy to use and gives wonderful relief for tight muscles.

I can use it while waiting in the car for my food order to get packed or when i am waiting for my kids to finish their classes.

This is by far one of the easiest and best massagers on the market.
Aerlang shiatsu neck and shoulder massager is massive compared to some other brands i have seen.

Was pretty good for the neck as hand straps would allow you to adjust the pressure but when used on backother areas did not feel as great
