Pros

The aerogarden is really easy to set up and maintain. It's about as convenient to use and as easy to maintain as the automatic coffee maker sitting next to it, except instead of making coffee it makes leaves. Resolved my issue and sent a coupon.

Aerogarden harvest seed pods are the best. They taste delicious and have been a fun hobby during the winter. I suggest only putting in only 4 plants instead of 5 or 6 in the 6 pod garden because the plants need more space to grow when they mature mont... Read More

Cons

Only one dill and one basil plant out of the 6 provided decided to grow. Still no replaced pods. The system is a nice idea but the plants don’t grow making this a semi-useless device.

Aerogarden has zero customer service available on the phone. They have zero customer service and their ai chat is ajoke, talking about a lazy company. That's on me for checking outside of the return window, but just a reminder to make sure you didn't ... Read More
