Pros
My previous tier-1 merv8 is 16x22 but the actual dimensions are 1/2 inch smaller. Reduced thickness from 1 inch to 3/4 to allow for easier fit.
The company has great customer service. Very high quality item.
This is at least the 3rd time ordering this box of ac filters and each time they are delivered timely and damage free. Needed these merv 13 secondary filters to increase the overall capacity for my hvac system.
Cons
The size of this filter is not as described. The box itself says 23 7/8 x 29 7-8. Beware, the actual size is a half inch shorter in height and width. Ordered 22x24x1 filters, shipped 12x24x4 filters.
Product is not even mirv 13, product is no different than their other filters. There is no way to tell if these are aeroflo, merv 13 filters. This filter is very, very flimsy and gets * up the ac.

Perfect fit, allergy rating is very good and the family feels comfortable and air quality is great also.
Did not have a problem with the size and they are very sturdy.
Once i ordered the right i was pleased with the speed in which they were delivered, and easy to swap out the wrong size.

Product is as advertised, great quaility and pricefast delivery
Much less expensive than similar filters in stores.
