Pros
Price is half the cost of the filter that came with my air filtration system. Perfect for our hvac system. Could not find this size filter anywhere near me.
Cons
Specifications are like lumber dimensions, a full 5/8 smaller in each dimension than actually specified. I'm not keen on doing this every time i change filters, so it's back to the high-quality name brand for me.
Not true to size. Not a good seal. As soon as i started to put it into the duct it started to bend.

This filter works great for cleaning the air.
My wife has allergies and they may work while the last merv 12 filters i tried made my furnace alarm for lack of flow.
Real pain & not a good fit them.

Shipping
Filterbuy sent me the correct size filters after i sent them a picture of the incorrect size filters i got in the original send.
They shipped the wrong sized filters but i was able to contact them and they shipped out the correct ones quickly after.
Even thou the 90 day period had elapsed, they promptly sent the correct size.
Competitiveness
Fit very loose compared to other name brand filters, but they do work.

I was uncertain whether to get a higher merv rating but went with this one because it would allow a freer flow of air through the unit

Thus leaving a slight gap which just means you slide it tight to the inlet side
