The cherry mx blue switches offer a satisfying clicky feel and are incredibly responsive. I have several game keyboards and only the keyboard has the thickest cord, which has two usb ports.
Blue keys are perfect tactile style and not too noisy for me. The volume knob is perfect and the lights work amazingly well to provide a much welcomed ambiance.

I was pessimistic that this keyboard would match the quality of those companies, but it does.
Support but the very nice lady was apparently looking at a flow chart and had no real experience with the product.
Customization isn't exactly great with the rgb.

If i had to rank the software's bloatiness from icue to 10, it would probably be more like a 5.
At first i thought it could be my 4k resolution but no, tried 1440p and 1080 with no change.

I found the problem it highlights the macro keys but it is not highlighting the correct one

If you pay attention you will find there is a location below the bottom macro key that can be selected that is where they start at not at the lowest key shown
