Pros

Mushroom mycelia is the key! These are a must have in our house. Contains carrageenan. Also has soybean oil and sorbitol.

Cons

These pills contain carrageenan and soy. Days after taking these capsules my gastritis is back. This product has a lot of fillers and no actual mushrooms from the fruiting body.
